Dear Parents.

For those of you who signed up for “service activity,” I would like to cover a few details about our program this year. Lunch will run from 10:15 AM to 1:15 PM. We ask that you arrive at the school for your scheduled service at the following times:

Kitchen 10:15AM

Cafeteria 10:30AM

Yard 10:45AM

1. Please remember your service is a paid service for the school. You are receiving tuition credit for this service. We ask that you please be on time. We will need to check the sign-in sheets for late arrivals, This sign-up sheet will be returned to the office on a daily basis for payroll record keeping.

 

2. If you cannot meet your obligations at your scheduled time, we ask that you contact another mom to switch with, or replace your spot with someone you know who can take your place (ex. grandma, dad, sister, etc). We do not have substitutes.

 

3. Please understand if we are short a person in an area we may move you at anytime to another position. For instance, someone in “yard” may be asked to work “cafeteria”, or someone in "kitchen"  to work the “snack” area. We are all part of the lunch program for our children, and we will need to be flexible and work together in this regard. If you have any questions or concerns, please see Debbie in the kitchen area.

We still have some positions open for service. To all the moms who have little ones, we do offer babysitting service. Children love to see Mom or Dad working at the school. if you are interested please contact me.
