Congratulatory Message

Dear Eighth Grade Parents,

      If you are interested in purchasing a congratulatory message to your child in the 2008-2009 yearbook, please fill out the bottom portion of this paper or attach a typed sheet and include a baby picture and check for $25.00 (CASH will not be accepted) made payable to St. Rose of Lima School.

     Money, message, and picture must be in before December 1, 2008.  This money is in addition to the $25.00 cost of the yearbook.  Congratulatory messages are an option.

     Please limit the length (body of your message) to three typed lines. A lengthy message will use a smaller size font.  A typed message in a plain font, (ex. Times New Roman size 14) would be greatly appreciated. 

            ***All baby pictures will be returned intact.
