Teams will be limited to_________________ players per team. Games will be played according to league schedules and schedules will be given to team members prior to the start of the season.
If your child makes the team, a sport registration fee of $50 is required (this pays league and referee fees). Also required is a refundable uniform deposit of $75 (or a non-refundable T-Shirt fee of $10 for Track & Volleyball), and a refundable service deposit of $50. The uniform deposit is held only if the uniform is not returned, or has preventable damage. The service deposit is held only if the player’s parent does not perform the required service involving either the concession stand (indoor sports), or field maintenance duties (outdoor sports). A $10 late charge will be added if fees are not paid by the end of the team meeting. The season will last until late February.
Please return all required forms to the school to the attention of the following coach no later than one week prior to the tryouts. In addition, if you have not previously submitted a physical to the school, you must submit a copy of the signed physical to the coach, along with all other forms.
